As much as you might want this career, don't want it so badly that you overlook red flags. 🚩

Don't undervalue yourself so much that you accept unsuitable working conditions. 😥

And don't be afraid to set boundaries, disagree, or flat out say no. 🛑

Doing all of the above is why I still love what I do and work with people who treat me how I want to be treated. It's not easy when you "want it", but it's essential for your long-term health and happiness.
