So often, composers looking to go full-time think that they need to “master” music-making in order to find work in the industry.

But so often, it’s simply about being of use to others in need.

Steven’s advice is a great reminder to all of us to simply ask others how we can help, make ourselves useful, and focus on giving—not receiving.
